Sheraton Perth Hotel
I was very interested and excited to help with the initial set
up in Perth of Roley's Tourist Information Services, The Aussie
Drawcard brochure facility. I assisted Roley with industry supplier
contacts and since then it has been a success story with now over
250 locations displaying the many various companies and attractions.
The brochure display is compact, however can store 42 business
card size brochures which are very accessible to my guests and staff.
They are easy to read and can be taken away and slipped into the
pocket quite comfortably. Since then we have had a display cabinet
made to suit the decor within the hotel so it is a highly presentable
item on my desk and in fact the only item on my desk.
I personally endorse the product and thank Roley for getting it
started.

The Mercure Grand Hotel
The Mercure Grand Hotel Esplanade Albany has participated in Roley's
Tourist Information Services. The tourist information stand is positioned
at our front desk. Guests are constantly using the promotional cards
for tourist information and we are regularly receiving feedback
from local businesses who have received business through our guests.
This promotional opportunity would appear to be most valuable to
all participants. I would personally recommend participation in
this marketing activity.

Burswood Resort Hotel
During the past year the Concierge has extensively used the information

found the service offered by Roley's to be of a high calibre and

Just a quick note to let you know how happy we are with Roley's
Tourist Information Services and how it provides a great service
to our guests. The attractive display cabinet and actual size of
the brochures themselves, makes using the information very accessible
and easy to retain. Having limited space at the Concierge Desk makes
it ideal to display the brochures and also provides the Concierge
staff with the expertise to help the guests with information over
the counter. Your service is invaluable.

The Parkroyal Hotel
The Parkroyal Hotel has on display in the foyer Tourist Information
boxes. We have found this product to be extremely beneficial to
our clientele and very informative. The size of the information
cards is user friendly, the presentation is eye catching and the
boxes ensure that the cards are always neat in appearance. We here
at the Parkroyal support the use of the Tourist Information boxes,
and have found the owners to be very supportive in replenishing
the stands regularly.

Holiday Inn
We have been associated with Roley's Tourist Information Services
for over 4 months and have been extremely happy with the product
and the service. The product provided is very neat and compact and
the presentation is very much a draw card for our guests. Our guests
often comment on the display and we are often booking tours etc
from the display brochures. The stand is restocked on a regular
basis which once again keeps the presentation 100%. We are very
impressed with the service and would recommend it to anyone with
interest.

1997 and has been an outstanding success. Our clients continually

We wish to compliment Mr Roland Paver on the excellent standard
of his tourist card service. We are constantly reminded by our guests
as to the usefulness and excellent presentation of the cards. Our

Balneaire Seaside Resort
We have a free Tourist Information stand on our reception counter
and have found it to be an extremely useful tool when promoting
our area. Tourists by nature are generally keen to see and visit
as many facilities as possible while in the region. It is really
easy for our guests to browse the stand and select items of interest.
It is well maintained and neat in appearance while not taking up
too much room. We would highly recommend it.

Pelicans Holiday Village
Pelicans has had one of your stands on its front counter for over
four years. Since its initial placement it has become increasingly
valuable to us not merely because it provides our guests with readily
accessible and easily retainable tourist information, but also because
it gives us an excellent way of encouraging our guests to extend
their stay with us.
As you are aware, we are constantly requesting additional pamphlets
from you so that we can include them in the letters we send out
when we confirm our guests' bookings. The advantage of your pamphlets
is that they are small and light so that we can post them off without
incurring the increased stationery and postage costs that used to
deter us from posting DL and A4 size brochures. The goodwill resulting
from this practice is real and measurable. Upon receipt of the pamphlets
our guests frequently contact us to extend the length of their stay.
We cannot commend the Aussie Drawcards service highly enough and
thank you, most sincerely, for providing it to Pelicans.

My Place Colonial Accommodation
I am writing in appreciation of your information stand you placed
in our establishment at the beginning of the tourist season. When
I first saw the stand, I thought it would be an ideal customer service
point for our establishment saving valuable space and offering more
information than I could normally handle. The information stand
has proven more popular than the larger leaflets we supplied before.
An example would be the Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre. This
brochure was never touched and is now frequently refilled as with
others.

Albany Visitor Centre
I would like to congratulate you on formulating such a unique idea
in the Tourist Information Cards. We have the information cards
displayed on the front counter, in full view of visitors browsing
in the Bureau. This is an excellent service for tourists. The cards
are colourful and compact and their small size makes them convenient.
The display rack occupies very little space. The rack is maintained
regularly and thus is trouble free for Tourist Bureau employees.
We look forward to providing continuing stocks of free tourist information
cards in the future.
